   Who is responsible for the cattle on hob moor? One was loose this morning. Who do we contact?

     Cow trapped has been reported. Farmer on his way. We had a report at 6am this morning of a cow trapped at Hob Stone estate area. Thank you for your concern. Urgent phone numbers on website https://fohm.org.uk/contacts/
